When I called Meineke about a dead battery, Matt, the service manager, offered to send someone to jump off my battery, at no charge, and I didn't have to wait long before he sent someone. I was able to get my car to the shop and Matt and his team were able to quickly diagnose the problem which turned out to be more than a dead battery. He was able to get the part at a cheaper price and my car was repaired earlier than promised. Great customer service!!
