After dealing with an issue on my Nissan Pathfinder for several years, I finally took it to Meineke, and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, everyone at the front counter was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. I originally thought I needed a new alternator. They could have easily sold me one and I probably wouldn't have questioned it. Instead, they took the time to properly diagnose the problem, found the actual issue, and fixed only what was needed. That kind of honesty and integrity is hard to find these days. I was a mechanic back in the early '90s, so I know what some repair shops are capable of. Because of that, I'm naturally very cautious and don't trust garages easily. Meineke earned that trust. They spent the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and stayed in constant communication so I always knew what was going on. At no point did I feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. After sitting for nearly three years, my Pathfinder is finally back on the road and running great. I couldn't be happier with the experience. They've earned my business because they proved that honesty and integrity still matter. I took my vehicle to Meineke on Ashley Phosphate for what I expected to be a routine oil change, and I’m really glad I did. During the inspection, the technicians found oil leaks in three different areas and took the time to explain the issues and provide a detailed estimate before moving forward with any repairs. They told me the repairs would take about 8–9 hours. I dropped my vehicle off around 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, and to my surprise, it was ready for pickup by 10:00 a.m. Friday morning. I was very impressed with both the turnaround time and the quality of their work. One thing I especially appreciated was the transparency throughout the process. They sent photos showing the old parts alongside the new ones that were installed, which gave me confidence that the repairs were completed as described. The staff was professional, thorough, and efficient from start to finish. The only reason I wouldn’t hesitate before giving 5 stars is that automotive repairs are never inexpensive, but the service itself was excellent. I would definitely recommend this Meineke location to anyone looking for honest, prompt, and professional automotive service.

I brought my Nissan Murano in without an appointment on a busy Saturday, and Doug and Dave still managed to fit me in right away. I’d attempted to DIY a cabin air filter change and made a mess of it — they quickly figured out where I’d gone wrong, fixed it, and had everything running smoothly again in under 10 minutes. Doug and Dave were professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful the whole time. It’s rare to find a shop that treats a small fix with the same care as a major repair. This will be my go-to spot for all future maintenance — highly recommend trusting these guys with your car.

This Meineke location is great! We’ve had both our older Volvo XC90 and XC70 worked on. George was awesome in providing info and experience over the phone. I had a price quote for some specific AC repairs within 5 minutes, and the work was done all in the next business day. My husband had a huge repair due to a terrible oil leak, and their mechanics went above and beyond to assess and fix everything. His took quite a bit longer but for good reason. Dave the owner is doing a good job, and there’s nothing pushy about them trying to upsell more than you need. If you want to avoid buying a new car, and going into debt, it’s well worth spending only a few grand fixing what you have then spending thousands more on a newer vehicle. I highly recommend this Meineke.
