Everyone was very nice and respectful. The crew was EXTREMELY flexible with regards to my needs, seeing how I started with wanting work done to one of my vehicles and in my regular fashion ended up with completely different work being done on a different vehicle. They accommodated my needs and didn't seem agitated at all. Not only that, the labor hours were very reasonably priced and some of the diagnostic stuff they didn't charge for at all. Over all I felt very secure that I wasn't being taken advantage of or being talked down to because of my anatomy. Now my car runs again and I am happy. UPDATE: once again they went above and beyond. I had a problem with one of my vehicles and they said to drop it off but they probably wouldn't get to it until Friday (this was Monday). We dropped it off not expecting to hear from them for a while and surprise! It was done the next day. The invoices are easy to read and explan the exact cost of every part and charge. The labor is an extremely reasonable price. This is my go to shop.
Haikitten X,Updated June 2026: How delightful to find out I had enough rewards points to get my oil change and tire rotation free. As usual, Sam made sure I was comfy while waiting and that my special work requests were honored. I have no hesitation bringing my vehicle here. Updated May 2025: Still the best customer service around! My emergency brake somehow became stuck in the "on" position while driving. I managed to get it lose and took the car to Meineke to check. Sam made sure it was safe to drive home and bring back later for replacement. Zac let me know the replacement was covered under my existing Meineke brake warranty. The afternoon of the repair, they let me use the loaner car. And when I picked up my car, there was a considerate gesture from Sam: she left my driver's seat in the exact position I (a very short woman) prefer. What a crew! Previous review: Meineke in Missoula has been our go-to shop for years. The staff are conscientious, courteous, caring, and go out of their way to make things right if anything is amiss (they are human, after all). The Meineke customer program has saved us lots of money and aggravation. And to top it off they have the cleanest customer restroom around.

Both Sam & Zach at Meineke were absolutely LOVELY to deal with - so welcoming, polite & professional. I came in for a second opinion. Sam did a full inspection with very clear photos of everything she found, explained my Subaru’s issues in simple clear language, called to give me updates on their timeframe & was incredibly patient and reassuring. My Subaru and I are in good hands with them - the best! 💛

Zack and Sam always can accommodate me, let me use their loaner, they track of my points and let me know if there are potential issues. My last oil change was free because I had points.
