As of 8/13/26: My other reviews are below and I continue to receive great service from Meineke Shrewsbury. I will go back and my previous comments stand. They are great and Radu is awesome, he is the only one I dealt with this time. Courteous, helpful, and a great guy. My only issue is the Shop Supplies fee that wasn’t told to me beforehand. It was 12% of the parts cost which is ridiculous, no way do rags and gloves cost that. It should have been disclosed ahead of time. It pretty much wiped away the discount I received with their promo. It should be mentioned ahead of time or included in the advertised cost. That said, now I know and will keep it in mind going forward. This Meineke location, Radu and others are awesome. I will continue going to them. Previous review: I once again had excellent service at Meineke Shrewsbury. I mainly dealt with Jay, but Radu closed it out and two technicians did the work. I had tires replaced and an oil change and everyone was professional and incredibly friendly. I also asked questions and they were wonderful providing advice. I very much appreciate their honesty. If service isn’t needed, they don’t do it, and they don’t push for other services like many providers do. Reasonably priced and great group to deal with. I plan to go back in the future and I highly recommend them.

Very refreshing! Thank you all for always taking such great care of my girl! All the team are always friendly, and willing to answer any questions I have no matter how big or small. Everyone works great together. I have to give a big shout out to Radu Dragu the Assistant Manager who always goes above and beyond what is asked of him. Always pleasant and if it wasn't for him I would probably be going somewhere else for my car maintenance and inspection. He is the reason everything runs so smooth. Hope to see you all next August. Julie Connor,The staff at the Shrewsbury location were extremely helpful. The repairs my car required for the exhaust system were taken care of in a very efficient manner. The were able to schedule me in quickly. Within 30 minutes they were able to determine what the car needed and completed the repairs within 2 hours. Radu the assistant manager kept me informed and made sure I had everything ready before they left for the day. Have been happy with their work on our vehicles over the last couple of years.
Marc,Always hear about car companies trying to maximize their opportunity. To charge for things you do not need. Not at this store. The most thorough and clear advice on care care. What needs to be handled with expertise and clarity. They ONLY handle what is needed and have never once tried to sell something that is NOT needed. My new hometown Auto Mechanic. Hands down the best.
Matt Lozoraitis,Brought my truck here for State Inspection Sticker today since I was nearby. Called in advance to make sure they weren't slammed and was told there's a wait time of 30 mins (and also that that wait time could change before I got there - which is true) Headed over, parked, got clear directions on what was needed, confirmed approximate wait time still, where to move my truck to, etc. Easy, seamless and they got me in and out within the estimated time. There was no fluff in any of the interactions, and the directness of the guy at the front desk is something I greatly appreciated. I'll be back next year :)
