I recently needed new rear brakes on my Volvo wagon. Was quoted at Volvo in Auburn, then my husband got a quote from Meineke in Shrewsbury. The asst. Manager Radu was so helpful , gave a quote that came in hundreds under that of the dealer. It was done in a matter of a few hours. I would definitely recommend this gem in Shrewsbury!
It would probably be easier to go through the list of services offered and put what I haven’t had done. I’ve had my car since 2011 and they’re the only ones who’ve worked on it. They’ve always been friendly and honest with me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a decent repair shop.
Brought my truck here for State Inspection Sticker today since I was nearby. Called in advance to make sure they weren't slammed and was told there's a wait time of 30 mins (and also that that wait time could change before I got there - which is true) Headed over, parked, got clear directions on what was needed, confirmed approximate wait time still, where to move my truck to, etc. Easy, seamless and they got me in and out within the estimated time. There was no fluff in any of the interactions, and the directness of the guy at the front desk is something I greatly appreciated. I'll be back next year :)

I will be honest the main reason I went there was because I thought I needed breaks and an oil change and my normal shop didn't have last minute availability. I am one of those people that puts it off until it's an issue. While I am glad I didn't need breaks the oil change was done. I felt like they were honest and didn't try to up sell me anything. While I might not be a regular customer I will keep them in mind for anything in the future.
