I highly recommend going to this place. I just moved to the area 8 months ago and had a different garage I went to but it was an extra half hour out of my way. Didn't fully make sense. I decided to give this place a try. Jay is wonderful and makes sure to explain what's happening with the vehicle. He wasn't just business. He also connects with the customers to help them feel welcome. The other staff are nice as well, I mainly dealt with Jay. Even if this is a chain auto place (which I tend to avoid) it didn't feel like one.
H,As of 8/13/26: My other reviews are below and I continue to receive great service from Meineke Shrewsbury. I will go back and my previous comments stand. They are great and Radu is awesome, he is the only one I dealt with this time. Courteous, helpful, and a great guy. My only issue is the Shop Supplies fee that wasn’t told to me beforehand. It was 12% of the parts cost which is ridiculous, no way do rags and gloves cost that. It should have been disclosed ahead of time. It pretty much wiped away the discount I received with their promo. It should be mentioned ahead of time or included in the advertised cost. That said, now I know and will keep it in mind going forward. This Meineke location, Radu and others are awesome. I will continue going to them. Previous review: I once again had excellent service at Meineke Shrewsbury. I mainly dealt with Jay, but Radu closed it out and two technicians did the work. I had tires replaced and an oil change and everyone was professional and incredibly friendly. I also asked questions and they were wonderful providing advice. I very much appreciate their honesty. If service isn’t needed, they don’t do it, and they don’t push for other services like many providers do. Reasonably priced and great group to deal with. I plan to go back in the future and I highly recommend them.
Deborah Gordon,I brought my car in at 1:00pm to get my brakes inspected and replaced, and it was fully ready by 3:30 that same day. Because the parts are OEM, I’ve never had a same day turnaround, let alone 2 hours later! The guys working there are also super friendly, and automatically applied a discount on a promotional that corporate was running. Will definitely return!!

Very refreshing! Thank you all for always taking such great care of my girl! All the team are always friendly, and willing to answer any questions I have no matter how big or small. Everyone works great together. I have to give a big shout out to Radu Dragu the Assistant Manager who always goes above and beyond what is asked of him. Always pleasant and if it wasn't for him I would probably be going somewhere else for my car maintenance and inspection. He is the reason everything runs so smooth. Hope to see you all next August.
