Adam is the GOAT! Will recommend them to everyone. My car came in with engine failure and he immediately sensed my warranty and Kia were screwing me over and personally reached out to everyone to get everything straight for me. Do I still feel like KIA screwed me, yes. BUT Adam, took very good care of me, my vehicle and kept all his promises. Highly recommend. So happy to have my vehicle back, running even better before the engine failed. Thank yall sooo much for everyone’s help in the rebuild and getting it all fixed. Ps. Don’t buy from Kia.

I have trusted them since my first visit, when I needed a diagnostic inspection after another shop had scammed me out of over $1,000. They found the issue immediately. The shop manager, Adam, has always shown an understanding and consideration that I haven't experienced at other shops, especially as a woman. Even watching how he interacts with other customers, you can tell that he genuinely tries to help and isn't looking to scam people or add unnecessary services just to make money. My interactions with the mechanics have been more limited, but they have also taken the time to personally explain issues with my cars to me. Overall, the attitude and personalities of the employees are great, even during something stressful like needing car repairs. I would recommend this specific shop to anyone who asks, and the availability of coupons is just a bonus! Also they have payment options using Klarna and Affirm which is great in this economy.

I did search around and I'm telling you; they have the best prices and you cannot beat the warranties that they give you it's really a great price I will never want to use another car care place for those specific issues that I tend to have with my vehicle from time to time.
