Went to the Belleville IL location off north belt west and I couldn’t be more pleased. My issue was an emergency that was very difficult and I’ve already been turned away by 3 other places because of the situation. The manager Megan could see the stress on my face and hear the urgency in my voice. She and another employee named Logan brain stormed and went after the issue with determination. Not only did they resolve my vehicle issue they handled it professionally and with skillfully. I can’t explain how happy I was. Both Megan and Logan made my day and saved me what was going to become thousands of dollars in repairs. They have a loyal customer for life. Thank you again to Megan and Logan, truly grateful.

James Bolden,I have an ford fusion 2016 had some problems with it when I put gas in it it became a bigger problem because it started stalling in general in the middle of traffic so embarrassing you’d think someone would help a young woman but they didn’t after sitting a second it finally came back on I had had enough . I called meineke and spoke to a guy name Jesse best way to describe him is the guy with the glasses , the wonderful employee very nice and explained everything great unfortunately I’m unknown to a lot of car parts and problems so I called before arriving and on the phone he said he could look at it AND get it done the same day if it was fixable because the problem could be anything they just had to check it out first , that was music to my ears . I jumped in my hardly driven car and dropped my car off to them literally within 30 Minutes he called me with some answers to my car problem and he said he could get it fixed I said go for it , meineke have a way you can pay your bill online the bill was acceptable to what other shops I reached out to which is another reason this review was meant to be . Got my car back within a hour I went to put gas in it no stalling no electric problems car isn’t making weird sounds anymore and I feel a lot more comfortable driving thanks meineke and Jesse I hope you see this keep up the good work

There was a bit of a wait but the gentleman at the counter was polite and explained he was new (2 weeks in) and was the only one at the shop during this time. He took his time and did the job right.
