This shop is great!!! Honest, professional, and priced reasonably. Took my wife's SUV into the dealership to inspect for a power issue. The dealership was no help and still charged me for the inspection. So I tride this shop and im glad I did. They found the issue and offered advise on the battery I had bouht from Costco as well (Costco sells refurbished batteries and markets them as new). This solved the issue and was half the price of the dealership. This is my shop now. If you like knowledgeable people who answer the phone and take care of you because they value your business look no further.
Tracy,Angie, Dolton, and the service team were AWESOME! Diagnosed in 24 business hours. Repaired in another 24. Not only that, they did what I have always had a difficult time getting mechanics to do. They listened to my goals and objectives, helped me decide least cost way to accomplish them while still handling the pressing issues, and laid out a plan for future repairs and what those would achieve. And it wasn’t like pulling teeth. I could tell they were genuine honest people and I’ll be using them again! Oh, and my truck runs great!
