At first, I was very upset with the job that was done with my vehicle. I legitimately did not feel safe driving home. But luckily for me, Roberto told me to come in the next day and he would personally work on my vehicle himself. He assured me that he would not let me drive out of there until I was completely satisfied with my car. I am glad I let him work on it because it is driving perfectly. He walked me through the issues it was having and what he was going to do to remedy the situation. I am grateful for him and the time and effort he put into making things right. Danny Molina,So I just went the other day to get a oil change which started at the meinike in clearwater which turns out the older gentleman in there the Mgr. Turned out to be rude and nasty and basically wanted to tell me what oil change he would do and not what I requested mind u I've always done a certain kind of oil change at all other menikes elsewhere never given a issue but I thought I would give the menike in clearwater a shot but turns out it's straight TRASH location and the Mgr is a rude nasty older short guy I guess he has a nepoln complex but it gets better I should have know better bad enough that location can't even keep mechanics howa this for poor customer service after I already had a appt. The Mgr guy I think his name is Joe in clearwater calls me tells me hi sir unfortunetly I'm looking for a.mechanic to come in this morning as I have nobody but if I can't find nobody to work we will have to reschedule but if u don't hear back from me then we're good if not I'll call u. SO UNPROFESSIONAL how do u run a shop that u don't have any mechanics to even work....lol so I called back this circus to speak to this clown and he says we'll I didn't call u so we're good, I told him yeah I wanna make sure before I go there, which should have been red flag from the start and I shouldn't have not went to that location which I never will again and I advise EVERYBODY steer clear of the MENIKE IN CLEARWATER LOCATION ON GULF TO BAY BLVD THERE STRAIGHT UNPROFESSIONAL AND TRASH. On a lighter note I went where I should ha e after ward which was the MENIKE LOCATION ON DALEMABRY IN TAMPA BY SLIGH AND DALEMABRY GREAT SVC, STAFF, VERY QUICK AND ON POINT AND PROFESSIONAL GOD I LOVE THAT LOCATION AND MOVING FORWARD THAT IS WHERE I WILL TAKE MY CAR AND I ADVISE EVERYBODY DO THE SAME. GREAT JON DALEMABRY LOCATION! AS FOR CLEARWATER WELL THATS A CIRCUS IN THE RUNNING AND THERE.MGR. JOE IS THE HEAD CLOWN FIGURES WHY THAT LOCATION HAD NO CARS SHOULDNT HAVE SURPRISED ME THEY HAD TO CALL FOR SOMEBODY TO WORK AS A MECHANIC THAT SAME DAY...LMFAO!
Randy Alvarez,I brought my 2015 Journey in to check my brakes. The inspection found that I needed new pads, rotors and shoes on the front. I agreed to leave the vehicle overnight. The vehicle was ready on time the next morning and I was surprised at the low price. This store is under new management and going through growing pains, but their work was excellent and the people were polite and professional. My only issue was not being provided the quote prior to the work being completed. Fortunately the price was reasonable.
