Went in to ask several question about services. There was a lady up front and mistook her for the cashier. She smiled and ask how could she help me. I asked if she didn’t mind if I talked to a tech about my car. She went grab the young man and he was very nice and answered what he could but suggested I speak with manager. I asked when will he be in. Well needless to say SHE was in front of me the all the while. Not only did Ms. D answer my questions she printed out pictures and explained things to me in terms I would understand( not knowing about cars myself). It’s nice to see a woman upfront who knows her stuff in this type of business. As soon as my car is out of the body shop I will be bringing it here. Great service/ great staff.
Mrs. Churchill,I didn't know when I went to Meineke to check my dash board flashing, to my surprise I walk in to new owner, all I can say they took my car check ,check from A to Z ,told me what the flashing light was ,did the inspection on car with no charge, what needs to be repaired, gave all the details, no pressure ,order the part for me and fix the flashing for me.Great customer service. I will continue going there ,I was long customer before and I will stay customer!From the start they show great customer service, friendly atmosphere and answer all my questions!

mike stults,move down from Pennsylvania about 3 years ago just happened to stumble upon the place because my 2010 Ford Taurus muffler sounded real loud all of the sudden went in expecting to have to pay for the whole exhaust and they were like no you don't I could weld a piece on there lot less expensive we got an oil change there now I'm getting tires from them the lady behind the counter I believe her name was tyshawn very friendly and very knowledgeable I requested an appointment for the following Saturday which is this Saturday coming up and I expect the same quality that they produced the last couple of times good place how do you send it
