I had a great experience at Meineke Car Care Center! I went in for an oil change, brake check, and tire repair, and they had everything taken care of within about an hour. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and provided a thorough inspection report with photos and estimates, so I knew exactly what they found and what was recommended. The whole process was quick, professional, and transparent. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. It's so nice to find a car care center that's efficient, thorough, and keeps you informed every step of the way. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Update: I had my brakes replaced. Once again, the service did not disappoint. Good service and quality work. I have found my go to mechanic! First time customer. Very satisfied with the service. I made an appointment. I was advised of the wait time. Once the issue was determined, I was given the amount and option to complete or not. Not the cheapest place but competence, truth and results are more important to me. I will return when I need car repair or maintenance.

I have been bringing my vehicle to this shop for 10 years (since before it was Meineke) and I will not take it anywhere else. When I moved to Florida in 2016 I knew I needed a good, trustworthy shop to take my car to so I chose them to check out my car after the drive from Texas. I had had my car thoroughly checked before the trip and was pretty sure it was in good condition, and when they confirmed that, they won my loyalty. The one constant presence has been Matt, who is very personable and who I now consider a friend. Matt and his staff are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and above all else, trustworthy. They will not try to upsell you or sell you anything you don't need. I recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs an excellent car care center.

I had previously gone to the Toyota dealership for an oil change and they indicated I needed new brakes and several other repairs totaling $1,200. I found this hard to believe because my truck only had 26,000 mi. I went to Meineke in the neighborhood to have them take a look and give me their opinion. They checked everything and determined none of those items were needed. They even fixed an unrelated rattle while they were doing the inspection free of charge. At no point did they pressure me to do any unnecessary repairs. If you want an honest place to take your vehicle this is it.

Updating my review because it’s well deserved. Eight months ago I gave 4 stars over something pretty minor—I wished I’d been asked if I had a coupon. Looking back, that was a silly reason to take away a star because the service itself was excellent. This week I brought my 2013 Nissan Juke back because it had started pulling while driving after being towed from North Carolina back to Florida. Matthew immediately remembered both me and my car. Instead of just performing the alignment I had scheduled, he took the time to test drive it himself to figure out what was actually wrong. He found worn suspension components that explained exactly what I was experiencing and walked me through everything without any pressure. I had the front control arms, tie rod, rear brakes, and rotors replaced, and my car drives like itself again. Matthew was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure my car was safe. He even found multiple discounts to help lower my bill and happily answered all of my questions—even my random ones about electric vehicles. Looking back, I should have given him 5 stars the first time. After two experiences with Matthew, I can confidently say he goes above and beyond. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, thorough, and truly cares about his customers, ask for Matthew. He has absolutely earned this 5-star review.
