I have finally found my car repair shop. Timothy is very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The mechanics are quite confident in their work. And very proud to do better than a great job. This team works very well together. You get to see all this first hand waiting for your car. 2016 Rav4 - All 4 brakes and rotors. Original quote $1200. Quite Fair. I asked (not up sale) for the next grade up on pads. $1600 total. I'm very happy. (Plus tip - You should always show people that they are appreciated for the above and beyond work that they do). Plus I had a clogged windshield sprayer they cleared for no charge while doing the brakes. Excellent job!!! Highly recommended!

Call them in the morning thinking I needed a new battery and Timothy was nice enough to say it might not necessarily be the battery but they would check to see if it was an alternator issue. Went in just -after 12:30, was out with new battery, alternator checked for proper function and a FABULOUS customer experience! I will definitely be back and recommend to others!
