Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and understanding to my specific vehicle. It's unfortunate that we couldn't schedule two vehicles at the same time. He did find something I hadn't thought of (Air Cleaner), and it's probably time I get new plugs, but we've never heard of a brake system flush before.

Tyler was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. Very up front with prices and not pushy. The one thing that I really liked is that he took the time to take me back to the auto shop and show me a couple of items on my car that I needed to be aware of. No one has ever done that. I just moved to Caste Rock and I would come back for sure.

The guy at the desk was super helpful and nice, I have since forgotten his name, but then again I don't remember any of my sister's birthdays .. so it's no fault of his..I just remember how nice he was.

I was recommended to this location by a friend and have been extremely satisfied ever since. Tyler the manager specifically has given such good service to me that I refuse to go elsewhere. He is extremely professional and competent and makes customers feel like they're talking to a friend who wants to help. He is very efficient and will always make sure that I completely understand every step of the process and every option available to me. In my opinion he is an extremely valuable asset to the store and if he were to leave I would be much less likely to come back I can tell that other customers feel the same.

This was my first time taking my car to get serviced without my parents doing it for me so I was nervous they would try to sell me things I didn't need. I made an appointment online and when I walked in they greeted me by name based on my car. Very friendly staff. I needed and oil change and later found out I needed a new battery. They were very thorough on what was needed and how much it would cost compared to a dealership. I was very pleased with my time at meineke and will definitely be returning with future car needs.

Got me in even though they were booked with other appointments. The car was at 10k on the oil and the manager did a great job getting my oil changed that day. The procedure was completed in a very satisfying manner of time. Recommended some services yet I did not have time that day to complete these services

I have come to trust the manager at this location and on my last visit he told me he was moving and would no longer at this location. This concerns me greatly and if he wasn't moving to Kansas I would follow him to a new location. I can only hope the new manager is as knowledgeable and trustworthy

Tyler was great. I listened to him explain to an obviously broke college student who brought in a very old high mileage car exactly the order he should get his listed repairs done with the most crucial safety-wise first. He didn't talk down to the kid and he didn't talk down to me (not car savvy female) and I appreciated it. I brought my car in for a repair and brought it and another car back for tire rotations based solely on the fact that I trusted that Tyler wasn't just out to make a quick buck. I'll be bringing all my cars back as needed.

Tyler went out of his way to give excellent customer service. Even providing a ride back home after dropping the car off when I could not find someone to pick me up. Very honest as well when he could have told us that our car needed both front and back brakes but told us we just needed rear and said we had some miles left on our front. Very impressed!

At meineke the emoloyees don't tell you to do unnecessary work just to get paid. Tyler always checks everything on my car and makes sure everything is as it should. I've went there for many years with different cars and they've always remembered me. The prices aren't completely outrageous either.
