Kirsten and the crew are the best! I came in as a walk in mid day for a ride share vehicle and they went above and beyond! She went up to bat for me to push my state inspection voucher through! She and the crew pushed a way over due oil change in for me! Something that could have taken forever to get done due to paperwork! The whole team are incredibly kind and professional. She and the team got everything done in 2 and half hours. In a world today where kindness and customer service are not seen they do as simple as breathing! I will now be bringing in my Family and friends automotive needs here permanently. Thank you again for a simple professional Courteous act made my day! Please take your business here!
Janelle,AAA towed my car to another shop in town because they were a "certified repair facility". They did a diagnostic (which cost me $175) and told me that it needed a new intake camshaft actuator, timing chain components, tensioner, guides and camphasers. He said the engine work was pretty extensive. Total cost - $3800. Then they tried to upsell me another $2000 for various "manufacturer recommended services", to include $500 for a new battery which had never given me any issues before. I ended up taking it to Meineke since they had done some work for me in the past at a reasonable price. Their diagnostic found that all I needed was 2 solenoids! Add in a fully synthetic oil change and some additives to get the gunk out of my engine and gas tank and voila! $640! Battery fine. Fluids fine. Air filter I can change myself. Oh, and did I mention I get my car back TOMORROW?! So much for "extensive engine work". Customer service was awesome. Communication was great. Thank you Kirsten! I would definitely recommend this business.
Mina Fiore,Awesome experience!! It’s tucked away in a shopping plaza (at least that was my perspective) so keep an eye out!. I’m not from that area so it could just be me! lol Anyways, incredibly nice workers. Comfortable chairs to sit in while waiting. Easy conversation while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. I had a full synthetic oil change, very quick, in, out, and on my way!. As soon as I checked in, they got to work on my vehicle. I did make an appointment but I’m not for sure if that is necessary. Obviously, it helps with securing a spot so it’s a quick and easy process. All around great vibes!! Definitely will be back! Great prices too! Go check them out!! 😃
Kendahl Hasser,I had Walmart mess up a simple oil change on my truck, after oil all over my driveway. I couldn’t even get ahold of anyone at the auto care center. Brought it into this location, Jason and the crew were so kind and helpful. They dropped everything to get me squared away; diagnosed any potential damages and topped off my oil at no charge and cleaned my truck. Needless to say I will bringing my vehicles here for any service needs from now on. Highly recommend.

I’m currently getting my truck back up to speed after being in Korea for 2 years and I haven’t had a repair from them fail yet.
