The previous owner of the car installed the heater hose incorrectly. Meineke explained what happened and made it right.

Tyler went out of his way to SHOW me the things that needed to be fixed (blinkers, windshield wipers, filters, etc.) and warn me about things that may need attention in the future (shocks, brakes). He was not pushy and seemed genuine about the needs of my car.

We had been servicing our vehicle elsewhere but my son who recently moved here tried the Lenoir City Meineke and raved about the service. I needed to have my brakes inspected, so I decided to try them. They were very professional and honest. I was extremely pleased with the service. While I was there, I also needed an oil change (which I had been doing elsewhere). I asked them if they could do it at the same price as Valvoline had been charging me and they said they could do better. Long story short everything was taken care of they were honest and professional. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to my family and friends.

The staff is always friendly and courteous and answers any questions I have and always recommend items that might be done but aren't pushy trying to get me to get it done. Liked the fact that after my tire service they sent me an email with the inspection they done with photos because I meant to ask them how my brakes were when they had the tires off, but I forgot. With the email and photos I was able to see for myself how they were.

prompt service on the catylatic converter and the AC repair. and the "accidental" car wash of a very dirty mini truck !!
