The man at the desk told me my brakes were getting bad - I didn't know what to do - I am a senior and a woman - alone. He was very helpful and gave me a $25 discount - so I got the brakes. He explained they are set for the life of the vehicle which made me feel a lot better. I really wasn't prepared to buy new brakes - but - better to be safe than sorry. The employees were all very nice. I don't know if I could have done better price-wise - but people-wise I made a good choice. I wish I could remember his name but he has his daughter's name on his arm - Macayla - my grand-daughter's name. They did a good job and I hope to receive coupons for oil changes in the future. Thank you for this opportunity to brag on your staff - they were very polite and friendly.

Service at check in was great. Mechanic explained recommendation for brakes and brought the pads to show me. I've scheduled a follow up appointment for that repair

The problem was quickly identified, good recommendations were made, and the repairs were carried out efficiently, in a timely manner and at a high level of quality. Very impressive. Plus the cost was reasonable.
