Mike learned to pronounce my name correctly and corrected a previous mistake that almost kept me from returning. His customer service and willingness to go above and beyond made me feel safe leaving my car in their hands again. It was truly outstanding. I came in for an oil change & live out of town. My dad recommended going to Meineke since it is close to the house & mentioned that they had a $19.99 deal for the oil change. I did not have a physical coupon with me, but they honored the deal which I was grateful for. Good experience & friendly workers

ALL STAFF VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL & EFFICIENT. Only issue is the struts I need are not available except at the manufacturer & I REALLY do not like getting work done from manufacturer unless it is warranty work.

Ericka was amazing, she called and updated me as I was at work and could not be there for the work on my car. I was only planning on having an oil change done but needed extra repairs because of my "check engine light" came on. The repairs were done in a timely manner and I could not have expected better service!

The whole staff at the Roseville location is great. Was able to squeeze me in and get me out quickly enough since they knew I had to get to a meeting accross town.

Great job.... I went in for an oil change and they reminded me that the belts were showing serious wear. I had purchased the replacement belts a couple of years ago and kept them in the car in case one broke. They didn't mine putting them on for me instead of insisting I buy their belts. The service pros have always done a fantastic job for me.

While driving on the freeway on my way to work, my vehicle temperature gauge shot up beyond the hazard zone. I blew a heater core hose. My service engine light went on. I immediately pulled over the shoulder and shut the engine off. I called a tow service. I had the vehicle towed to Meineke. The staff took my car in to have it inspected. I was anticipating the worst. They called and told me what the problem was and provided a quote to authorize the work. A sigh of relief. The repair cost was much less than I expected. Also, I explained that I had an annoying rattling noise coming from the under carriage of the vehicle. They inspected the vehicle and found that it was the brake shims were causing the rattling noise. Since my brakes were under warranty, they replaced the shims at no cost. The Meineke staff in Roseville are awesome! Currently, I'm driving my vehicle with confidence. Thank you, Meineke!

Customer service was great. I came in and walked out happy. I had alignment done for my vehicle and car was great after. Runs straight like never before. The women at the front desk was really helpful and gave me an explanation as to what they did and went over the allignment records after with me.

Less than an hour I was in n out. The lady at the desk really knows her job n the business. Very nice people in your shop. Price was extremely good, less than $24. That helps me as I am 70,retired n on ssi so there's not slot left over. Hopefully I will recieve another discount b4 I'm do in again. Keep the staff you have, keep them happy they all are wonderful. First time I got to deal with a female mechanic who explain everything she had done or needed more work to be done . the customer sales manager was great and was willing to help me thru a credit card to help me pay for the work that needed. I will go back and get my iol change and get my brakes done next .

Quick service! Needed 2 new filters and they brought the old ones out as proof but didn't push me to buy there's. That was the deciding factor that I will always go to meineke for auto care and my family and friends too!
