Logan has excellent Customer Service and a great staff. He exceeded my expectations and even stayed after hours till job was finished.
I was a late Saturday walk-in. Logan and his team were friendly and inviting. I only needed a wheel stud replaced but they offered to change my oil as well after I mentioned it. I will be back!
They were very helpful and did a great job except they didn't fastened the covers that went over the drain plug and one over the filter. So, now I need them to replace them. We will see how it goes.
I'm giving 5 stars to the actual employees at this location. Logan was amazing. The call center needs some attention because they quoted wrong prices and appointment times. Logan did his best to help me after the call center messed up.
This team of guys were excellent! ! Logan took my call Saturday and Matt and Jacob finished the job superbly!! This is a great place to take your car. I was passing thru and needed assistance!! Excellent and very professional!!
