I was very impressed by the customer service and attention to detail at Meineke. My daughter had hit some tire debris on the road and we needed to make sure that no damage was done under her vehicle. I called Meineke, to see if they could check for any damage. Even though they were busy and I didn't have an appointment, they immediately made time to throughly check her car. They took care of the issue so my daughter could safely get back on the road. Because of their professionalism and great customer service, I would bring any of my vehicles to their location.
Kristin Krueger,I think these guys can get treated unfairly, and at times outright like garbage, all due to the unreasonable and misplaced expectations on what is factually just a local Meineke. Maybe it's just me, but if I'm looking for a specialty repair, I'm just not taking it to Meineke. If I am, if it's an emergency, I'm going to understand that there may be limitations to the work that they can do, or even fit in, on any given day. My experience: I'm a procrastinator. My 2011 Prius needs some real work done. I desperately needed to start with an oil change and tire rotation, to keep her on the road as we kick off summer. I was able to book the appt for same day, on a Friday afternoon. They fit me in, they listened to me, and after we got on the same page, we zeroed in on the most cost effective package/deal for my needs. It was under $100 for a full synthetic + rotation. In and out in less than a day. Time spent in shop was about 45 minutes total. Quick work. Great price. Exactly what I was looking for. These guys are high-volume and I'm sure face impossible demands from pissed off people with broken cars all day long, on a daily basis. Like most people or mechanics, if you shoot straight and don't treat these guys like crap, you'll probably get your best price and your best answer. For higher-cost or specialty repairs, I'm going elsewhere. Not that they can't, it's just how I like to operate. I was thrilled. Same day. Cost-effective. Reliable service, so far, between myself and a friend. Manage your expectations based off of your own personal situation going in, and you'll be fine. Good luck with your repairs, and shoutout to the fine fellas over at Meineke West. They are good guys, try not to treat them like crap. It's clear that they don't get treated the best. They're only human and car problems suck for everybody!!!
Ezra,Just went in for an oil change and they did a full car inspection. I really like how they tell you what you should fix and you can decline or accept. They add pictures so you know they are not making it up and you can see what they see. They did not pressure me into replacing parts that were not an immediate need. It's nice going into a repair shop without being pressured to replace parts, especially since I'm not in a place financially where I could replace everything they suggested.
McKena Montgomery,We came here on Thursday May 28th. I was trying to buy my first car and no other auto shop could get me in for a look at the car I was considering buying. I was in sort of a bad position because I drove an hour to see this car and was under the impression that it was certified and would come with a short term warranty to insure against any immediate pre existing problems but since it didn't it really made it important that I have a mechanic see the car first. This meineke was the ONLY place to make time to see me and they were so nice. I believe the guy I mainly talked to was John and he was so kind and helpful and the mechanic/main technician who I talked to about the car was also really nice and helpful. I have honestly never had such a positive experience at an auto mechanic shop. I just want to say thank you so much for helping me that day when no one else could get me in and taking your time to explain everything about the car. I really appreciate it! Thank you so much!

I was towed to Meineke on Wed morning and my starter replaced on Thursday. I was impressed with how fast the work got done. Very courteous check in and explanation of a timeline.
