Very accommodating! I needed an oil change and when I dropped my car off, I asked them to look at my brakes too. As I suspected, I needed work done on my brakes and they were able to get my oil changed and new brakes/rotors in the two hour window that I had available.
On a chilly Saturday afternoon, the plastic undercover on our car came loose while traveling on the interstate. Meineke CCC in Cottage Grove, WI graciously fit us in their schedule and successfully cut away the loose piece. We are grateful that they accommodated us and made sure our vehicle was safe to drive. My vehicle was serviced for an oil change and tire rotation. I also had the cabin air filter replaced. I noticed later that there was a whistling noise and called them to check it out. I was quite impressed that they said that the filter wasn't in correctly and they took care of it quickly. It's not often that people admit that something they did wasn't exactly right, but they DID and corrected the issue promptly. I applaud them for being open and honest! Integrity like that isn't common these days.
