My vehicle was serviced for an oil change and tire rotation. I also had the cabin air filter replaced. I noticed later that there was a whistling noise and called them to check it out. I was quite impressed that they said that the filter wasn't in correctly and they took care of it quickly. It's not often that people admit that something they did wasn't exactly right, but they DID and corrected the issue promptly. I applaud them for being open and honest! Integrity like that isn't common these days.

I had a mysterious flat tire and they were a me to get me in right away. The only reason I’m giving four and not five stars is because it was a wee bit pricey and I wasn’t able to pick the tires I wanted (or perhaps lessen the cost). BUT, overall a very good experience and a big shout out to the girl at the front desk, Tyena! I’m sure I’m spelling her name wrong but she was a rock star with customer service and super polite and professional!
