Auto Repair & Mechanic Shop in Vancouver, WA #2282

I have had 5 cars serviced over the years at Meineke and trust them. My alternator drained my battery, and I happened to be 4-5 blocks from Meineke who services my car. The car barely made it there. They had a full house and no bays to put it in but were right on top of it as soon as they could. I had no appointment. They replaced the alternator and got me on the road safe and sound. I did, however, witness a corporate decision to fire my mechanic of many years, right before his retirement. The excuse they gave was lack of production. These large companies have no respect for their workers and no loyalty. I was saddened by this decision of theirs. That does NOT reflect on the people of this Meineke who have always been right on top of getting me back on the road. I thank you.

Very fair and reasonable prices. I highly recommend this location. Just had my maintenance there and they inspected my car and quoted me a number that was much lower than what i was quotes for at the other location. My previous maintenance was done at the location in Mill Plain and they told me i needed my breaks changed on top of getting new tires and etc. Come to find out, my breaks are fine, just needed tire replacement and needed a fix on a break fluid leak on one side. Anyway, im getting my car maintenanced here at the 4th plain location from now on.

Erik was very professional and welcoming. I had several conversations with him about my truck. His staff conducted a thorough examination of my 2000 Tundra and made several recommendations to help me get a to 300,000 miles. Their reasonable pricing with the welcoming representation of his company means I will be back to have the work done. I asked him about their experience with Groupon and the fact that I had a disappointing experience with another Meineke shop across town where they denied using Groupon or the scheduled appointment I had made. This denial is why I sought out for another shop to go to for the lower price for the full synthetic oil change price. Erik understood my disappointment and offered to match the price I was originally looking for. 20 bucks is 20 bucks. I have found my new automobile repair shop in Vancouver Washington. He also restored my faith in honest repairs for a reasonable price. Thank you so much. See you soon.

Wonderful wonderful place!!! Had an appointment Friday called said I was gonna be a few minutes late and they had no problem. Showed up and they got me in and out in flash! Great customer service and great workers. I will be going back to get more services done! 10STARS

I had an urgent concern with my ’07 F‑350 diesel and needed to check out a possible catalytic converter issue right before a long RV trip. After calling a few exhaust shops that had already closed, I reached out to Meineke on 4th Plain, and Erik answered. He listened to the issue and was able to get me in at 7:30 AM the next morning, which was a huge relief given our travel plans. Just three hours after dropping off the truck, Erik called with great news — there was absolutely nothing wrong. He walked me through all the diagnostic data and pointed out a few other items of interest. His honesty and professionalism were outstanding, especially when many shops might have tried to upsell unnecessary repairs. The shop itself is clean, organized, and clearly well managed. There were several vehicles being worked on, which tells me other customers trust them as well. The building is new, clean, and obviously well cared for. I highly recommend Meineke Auto Repair on 4th Plain for their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help on short notice. Excellent shop.
