Auto Repair Reviews for Meineke Shop #2282
First of all I wanted to thank Eric the manger immensely! I went in there with car trouble and they quoted me a price for my serpentine belt and come to find out it was something else. They not only fixed the actual issue but got me in quickly, spoke with me with respect and care and I was not charged the additionally fee to address the car concern. You do not get good customer service like this anymore; I tell you it was a beautiful thing working with Eric and his team. I would recommend them to anyone as they will do their best to accommodate. Thank you so much Eric!
Bo carroll,Updating my review in 2026. This location with Eric at the lead is now the only repair shop in Vancouver I trust (after going to a few different places). Recently took my newish car to a different shop and they tried to sell me on a big service that seemed kinda weird and WAY too soon for my model. Brought my car to Eric at this Meineke for a second opinion and confirmed that my car was perfectly fine and that the other shop did try to sell me something not needed. Eric is a straightforward and trustworthy person who clearly deserves the 5 star review his shop has achieved. 2024: Best money I have spent on my car in a while. Friendly staff and service team. Called in for a minor repair, they said it would only take about 30 min to a hour, and they indeed fixed the issue that fast! Normally I feel like places would extend how long it took so they could get you on the hook for more money, but not this place. Fast, efficient, and did what they said they would do. I will be returning next time my car needs more work.
Patience “Taylor” Hill,I was needing a second opinion and possible service. The staff was very friendly and informative over the phone and they got me in right away. They were great in person - I felt very comfortable there and honest. I left my phone in the car and they confirmed that as I had call from my work phone. I got information in a timely manner. Prices seemed reasonable . I couldn’t use their service at that moment, but they gave me a print out of the suggested services and I would definitely use them in the future.
Beth Spence,Hands down the best mechanic I’ve ever been to. These folks are honest and good people and will get you back on the road and taken care of. My car broke down recently and they did a full inspection, bumper to bumper, and everything else in between. Got my car back up and running, and I’m back on the road feeling confident. Thank you all!
Andrew Martin,We have been going to this mechanic for a few years now. We have never had a bad experience here. They are honest people who provide fair pricing. It’s easy to schedule an appointment and their system provides photos with their inspection so you can actually see what is wrong with your car instead of just have some dealership salesman try to upsell you with a piece of paper. If you’re in need of a trusted mechanic, these are your guys. 👍👍
