Great experience. My A/C in an expensive German car stopped producing cold airflow and I was facing going to the dealer for repair which would have been expensive, required appoitment, and complex drop-off/pick-up logistics. A friend suggested Meineke and I made same day / "while I wait" appoitment online. These guys quickly assessed the problem (diagnosis later confirmed by GPT), explained it to me, and executed the repair in less than 40 minutes. Awesome, service, turn-around and price.
Had a 1 pm appt. for an oil change. Was out by 1:30. Everyone was friendly. The front of my car, under the hood, had a few screws missing (Prius plastic cover), and Steven helped me out by putting a couple in at no charge, with a smile on his face. Check out Groupon for a deal on a full synthetic oil change. Worth it!
To my knowledge, they changed my oil but didn't reset my oil life gauge due to other repairs they said that need to be made. They seem to have quite a bit of red tape excuses on what they will do or will not do as far as requests for their services. I assume this is corporate policy to upsell.
