Craig, who runs the Mill Plain location, was remarkably patient, caring and thorough when running diagnostics on my ‘06 Honda Accord. Had consistent problems with the motor and switch on my driver side window not working properly. Craig and Brandon did me a solid and got me seen same day for the replacement and worked with me on financing when I was strapped for cash. Exceptionally professional and knowledgeable mechanics. Would highly recommend this location!

Craig also explained what Meineke does, cost, time to finish job. They also have a great texting and e-mail automation system embedded in the appointment and work so they keep you updated as well as a pre and post inspection report & pictures. Cost was very reasonable and they also had a $59 online coupon.
