Had a 1 pm appt. for an oil change. Was out by 1:30. Everyone was friendly. The front of my car, under the hood, had a few screws missing (Prius plastic cover), and Steven helped me out by putting a couple in at no charge, with a smile on his face. Check out Groupon for a deal on a full synthetic oil change. Worth it!
To my knowledge, they changed my oil but didn't reset my oil life gauge due to other repairs they said that need to be made. They seem to have quite a bit of red tape excuses on what they will do or will not do as far as requests for their services. I assume this is corporate policy to upsell.
Great experience with meineke on Mill Plain in Vancouver. Craig was awesome in helping me with an unexpected repair on my car. They ordered the part and had my car completed and ready for pickup quicker than expected! Will definitely be back for future needs!
Meineke treated me really well. My car had been broken into, I brought it in to get the windshield wiper control arm replaced and the steering column cover replaced. Pricing was pretty reasonable for what I had been seeing and it was done within 6 hours including transportation of a specific part. I also got great recommendations for where to go for an alarm system. He was also very willing to communicate with my family since I worked a night shift and allow me to get some sleep. If / When I need any other repairs or maintenance this is where I will go.
