Excellent all-around transaction and experience. "Craig" answered the phone when I called and was very professional and personable. I asked many questions, Craig answered them all in detail. Craig also explained what Meineke does, cost, time to finish job. They also have a great texting and e-mail automation system embedded in the appointment and work so they keep you updated as well as a pre and post inspection report & pictures. Cost was very reasonable and they also had a $59 online coupon.
