I have been a long time customer for Meineke on 6th. They have always treated me right and they definitely look out for the customer. I had a 1999 Ford pickup that was unfortunately bought from a used car dealership in town, and they spent a lot of time to fix all the things that were discovered afterward. They did a lot of work to find the parts needed and did a wonderful job on fixing up that truck. Instead of just changing oil on my low-mileage Ford Fusion, they actually checked the oil to make sure it was time. It saved me at least one oil change. When I bought new tires for my Fusion (6 year old car with original tires and less than 20K miles), I went to them to replace them. They understood that no matter what the mileage, tires over 6 years old can be dangerous to drive on. They did an expert job on mounting, balancing, and calibrating the sensors. When I told them one tire felt "off" with a slight bounce, they had me come back and found that one of my new tires was slightly misshapen and I have booked an appointment to have the dealer check and replace the tire. Meineke may not be the cheapest shop you can go to, but their expertise and service more than make up for that. They are the only people I will trust my car to. Kudos to Aaron and Andy, who took videos of the wobbly tire and sent them to me to show the retailer.

I purchased a vehicle from an auction on Wednesday, August 19th and brought it into Meineke late that afternoon. By the next morning, Aaron Avila, the manager, and the team had completed the diagnostic and provided me with an estimate. By approximately 5:30 PM that same day, the vehicle was back to being fully Run & Drive, and Aaron personally got into the vehicle and test drove it with me to make sure everything was operating properly. I especially want to recognize Aaron Avila for his professionalism, communication, and customer service throughout the entire process. Aaron is the kind of manager I would recommend to my own mom — and that says a lot. I have previously worked with this Meineke location, and I want to be honest that my experience this week was a definite turnaround from my last visit. The level of communication, service, and attention to the customer was noticeably better this time. I really appreciate Aaron and the entire crew for getting the vehicle diagnosed and back on the road so quickly. I’m looking forward to my next maintenance update and seeing Aaron and the crew again.
