The people who welcomed me were very amiable and kind. They went out of their way to ensure that I understood what was being done to my car and why. I had to bring three kids to the appointment and was pleasantly surprised that they had an awesome selection of good kids books for them to read. I was really happy with their honesty about what did and didn't need to be done to the car and was very happy with how the appointment went.
I went in for one or two things The manager found other things wrong and notified and advised me on things that needed to be fixed. I will go back again for my car service. You all did a swell job. A million thanks.
The staff was friendly and courteous. There was no encouragement to do unnecessary repair.
