I was a little weary bringing a Mercedes there because everything is so crazy expensive. They gave me a quote.. the of course I get the speech, we’re sorry it’s going to be more because it’s European, etc. the usual. When I picked up the car it was only 150.00 more than the original quote. Still over three times less then the Mercedes dealership quoted! They did an amazing job, communicated well, and still offered a fantastic value! I’m definitely a new fan!

He quickly identified the issue, texted a list of services needed that I could check off when I was available, and approve services all without having to try to get a hold of someone directly. I really enjoyed having the app to be able to communicate with the shop as I usually busy at my job during the day. Erika Glunz,This place is top notch! After today John and Adam have my trust! I went in for my engine shutters. Did a spark plug and wire change night before. Dropped a plug, couldn't find. They put plug in for me. Come to find out it was coming from tranny, work they didn't do. When John came to counter and said no charge my jaw dropped. Who says that, does that these days. I appreciate the time taken, and putting plug in twice, cause confusion what one needed put in. I am a future customer for sure!

More importantly, he went out of his way to safe me money by going over and above to unfreeze one of my bleader screws in order to bleed my RF brake. He could have easily made some extra money by asking me to replace my calipers. He did not do this. He cared about my expenditures. This is unusual as mechanic shops are not usually known for trying to find alternative ways to save you money.
