Meineke always exceeds my expectations. They did everything they could think of to fix my car, to the point of giving someone from the shop 20 minutes to drive around and make it respond the my concerns. Because they could not find and consequently repair the issue there was no cost. The people are not only friendly, but kind. I was bothering them all day calling and they always made the time and paid attention to me. I do not know anywhere else I have been treated with that respect. I choose them every time! And will continue to do so. I HIGHLY recommend in the most sincere appreciation.

My 2008 VW Jetta S, 2.5L car broke down two days after I moved into my apartment, which put me in a really sore spot financially and transportation-wise. To put it shortly, my car began hunting an idle from 200-3000 rpm, stalling at gas stations after fill ups, then began to progessivly emit white smoke through the exaust and hood, soon exhibiting near-stalls upon startup. I made the effort to review and call many different shops, and evebtually settled on Meineke in marrysville. With bad experiences with previous shops in the past, it almost never is a fun gamble to pick a shop you have never been to while hoping they dont overcharge you on the account that you likely can't pay to move your car anywhere else. But, to my surprise, meineke and their crew were very helpful, kind, fast, and resonable. They diagnosed my car and got it running like new and made me an Itemized list of everything id pay for in advance. They took before and after pictures and made many helpful suggestions. A day later when i experienced a new problem with my evap system, David who picked up the call was calm about it and understood the concern and directed me to the photos they took prior to the service with clear photos and time stamps clearly labeled, the problem was there before they touched it. While im not fond of new problems, thr meineke team prepared for this and made the concern heard and easy to track. Additionally, they showed me the parts replaced with no issues and ran the engine before i ever paid so i could be sure it was running fine. The price was a little steep, but i think it's worth it when my car gets fixed the first time. I'm very greatful to be back on the road, these guys really are worth the trouble. If you need to get your car towed somewhere, I confidently recommend towing it here! Thank you David, and thank you to the technician i spoke to when picking up the car. Edit: taking my car back due to what i feared to be an overfilled oil chamber (my stick was over by a whole inch) i waited all night for them to reopen to hopefully get the problem fixed before driving my car again. When they finally opened, i was met immediately with a sour attitude by the manager. When he finally agreed to check my oil, he told me many times that the dipstick showed the oil between the lines. When looking at his dip-pulls the bar was fully wet each time. He insisted that it was fine and that i was over reacting even going on to say that "i should know, i have years of experience". I didn't believe his verdict and took it upon myself to level the oil. Grabbing and oil extractor at a local O'Reillys i had to pump out a whole quart of oil before it went between the lines. This worried me, because this meant that my oil was likely frothing and not lubercating my engine properly. For this i took a star off my review, the service to my engine was great, but they seem to not know how to do an oil change, and it seems they don't take kindly to returning on prior work. Overall i would come back, but i think i'll leave the oil change to someone else.

I was a little weary bringing a Mercedes there because everything is so crazy expensive. They gave me a quote.. the of course I get the speech, we’re sorry it’s going to be more because it’s European, etc. the usual. When I picked up the car it was only 150.00 more than the original quote. Still over three times less then the Mercedes dealership quoted! They did an amazing job, communicated well, and still offered a fantastic value! I’m definitely a new fan!

Jim is outstanding mechanic.I made a first available appointment to install a alternator and serpatine belt. He said 1.5 to two hours and he scheduled it for 2pm the next day. There prices for labor are very reasonable. I made some calls and found his Labor prices were in line for what I wanted to pay. In addition, this is one of the few full service mechanics in the area. I definitely will be back!

David was so nice and helpful when we came in to investigate a noise coming from my wheel. He quickly identified the issue, texted a list of services needed that I could check off when I was available, and approve services all without having to try to get a hold of someone directly. I really enjoyed having the app to be able to communicate with the shop as I usually busy at my job during the day. With just moving to the Marysville area we were nervous to find a new mechanic and found this Meineke to be not only friendly and helpful but very trustworthy. We plan to return for future car repairs!
