This is the only place I go to get my car serviced. They’re knowledgeable and kind. They don’t take advantage of women who may not know as much about cars. They always explain the service they’re doing with upfront and reasonable pricing. If there’s work that needs to be done, but can wait, they’ll tell you. They never over sale you or try to get you to buy more than you need. Huge shout out to Shawn and Caleb who are the most genuine people you’ll encounter there. Me and my baby were back out on the road in under an hour.
Mosley Aja,Went in to get an oil change the other day and had a really good experience at this location in Des Moines and Shaun in particular. He was running the show with the guys in the shop while also flexing some serious customer service. I was greeted and informed that I'd be up next as he finished up with an older gentleman who appeared to have a tough time hearing and required extra patience with several things being repeated at increasingly higher volumes lol. When they wrapped up he got me checked in and estimated it'd take guys about 30-40 minutes to be finished up with the oil change and examination of preventative maintenance checks. What was super helpful to me was the time he took to explain some of the features/benefits of the types of oil blends and some of the concerns with my model of car specifically and things to consider and keep an eye on. After about 25 minutes or so I received a text that the car was ready. They had a printout of the inspection summary ready for me and it was a low pressure stress free experience and can't recommend enough. 5 stars
Anthony,After a very disappointing experience at another repair shop, I drove to this Meineke hoping they could at least take a look at my vehicle. From the moment I walked in, the difference in customer service was obvious. The staff listened to my concerns without making me feel foolish, treated me with respect, and were genuinely understanding after hearing what I had just experienced elsewhere. They were able to get my vehicle on a lift within minutes, inspect my brakes, explain everything clearly, and provide a fair price with no pressure or surprises. In addition to replacing my brakes, they also completed an oil change and took care of some other routine maintenance during the same visit. Throughout the entire process, everyone was professional, courteous, and transparent. I left feeling confident that the work was done right and comfortable knowing I had found a repair shop I can trust. It’s not often that a business earns a customer for life in a single visit, but this one did. I highly recommend this Meineke to anyone looking for honest, professional service. They’ve definitely earned my future business.
