After a very disappointing experience at another repair shop, I drove to this Meineke hoping they could at least take a look at my vehicle. From the moment I walked in, the difference in customer service was obvious. The staff listened to my concerns without making me feel foolish, treated me with respect, and were genuinely understanding after hearing what I had just experienced elsewhere. They were able to get my vehicle on a lift within minutes, inspect my brakes, explain everything clearly, and provide a fair price with no pressure or surprises. In addition to replacing my brakes, they also completed an oil change and took care of some other routine maintenance during the same visit. Throughout the entire process, everyone was professional, courteous, and transparent. I left feeling confident that the work was done right and comfortable knowing I had found a repair shop I can trust. It’s not often that a business earns a customer for life in a single visit, but this one did. I highly recommend this Meineke to anyone looking for honest, professional service. They’ve definitely earned my future business.
