I felt like he was very disappointed a customer left unhappy He apologized and offered to fix the issue immediately. Goes to show you even very well run organizations have hiccups every once in a while. I will definitely be taking all five of my family members cars back to Meineke whenever I have an issue.
Jeremy Hinnant,These guys are amazing! I have a 2016 Honda Pilot and had been dealing with some intermittent air conditioning issues for months in the summer heat. I took it to a Honda dealership and they could not find the issue. A huge waste of time and money. Thankfully, the very professional and knowledgeable team at Meineke were able to diagnose and find the issue. My wife and kids are so thankful they can now drive around in comfort during the summer months. Highly recommend this shop. 5 Stars!
Eric,This is the nearest shop to me and I go there to get my oil changes done. They complained me that they are not making any profits by doing just the oil changes and they cannot do the oil changes anymore if i'm not getting any additional maintenance they recommended. I don't understand what kind of business would do this. If you are making a loss by just doing a oil change at a certain price, then you should price it right or you should add additional terms and condition to the service or the price offered for the service. Denying service to a customer is not the right way to do business. When you recommend me a maintenance I go through the manufacturers recommended schedule of services and do things only if it is due. I also shop around for the best price for a service. You should admit that your price is not the best price for everything. Most of your services are priced at par or sometimes higher than the dealership. And you are expecting customers to quote a price and bargain? And some of the recommendations you make doesn't make much sense to me, like replacing a shock and struts just because it is 6 year old, so I will ignore those as well.
Adipoli,Took my car in for a routine state inspection and found out I had several problems that should've been addressed during last year's state inspection. Connor (Store Manager) and Chris (store front) worked with me in great detail to not only get what needed to be done for inspection to pass but to also address some other issues with the vehicle. Connor worked through the quote Chris drew up for me and we found a way to maximize work done with minimal cost inflation. They were able to get all the work needed done in the day they had it (dropped off at 7am, ready around 5pm). Both of them were knowledgeable on what needed to be done and stressed what needed to be worked. Connor did outstanding making sure parts arrived in time to support the work needing to be done. Long story short, do not hesitate to give them your business and talk things out with Connor + Chris if questions or clarity is needed.
