My engine light came on last Friday, saying, “emissions system problem.” I called Meineke in Winchester and made an appointment for the following Monday. It took 15 minutes to diagnose the problem, and Oz, the manager, ordered the parts and his mechanic took the job right away. Though I had a lengthy wait because it was a big job, I was very comfortable in the waiting room. I felt like I was a priority, and I am grateful for that because I have a busy schedule and needed to get back on the road. I always get excellent service from Meineke in Winchester. Thank you!

Within 5 minutes he came back and said they could repair/weld the exhaust back up or replace the pipe and muffler. I chose to repair it and in about an hour I was out the door. I highly recommend this Meineke service center. I will come back again when needed.
