Man, my wife and I really appreciate Manager Joe and the crew (you too Damian, hope I didn't butcher your name). We were visiting the "burg" for our anniversary and had a little vehicle hiccup along the way. Joe was very professional in his assesment of the problem without pressure of getting the work done right away. He gave us time to evaluate our cost, and when we were ready to get the repairs done, gave us a much appreciated discount. Damian was also helpful in assessing a situation after the work was complete and gave us a free evaluation and fix on his dime. Although the wait was tiring, I can tell you that no one, from the managers to the workers, were slacking in work ethic. They all were moving around getting things done. I saw few awards for "Outstanding" service for 2024/25 and I would be highly upset if I don't see one for 2026 should I need to return. Hats off to the managers and crew at Meineke #938. My wife and I can now enjoy the rest of our vacation/anniversary, and we can head back to the DMV with a safe, smooth, quiet ride. RB, US Army (Retired)

My experience was very positive. I was immensely helped by a very involved staff. The staff helped me with paying for my repairs, and they even stayed late, so I wouldn’t have to come back another day! They were very open and honest about my car situation. In particular, Damian, DJ and Charles were of great help! This was a great experience. It really helped me, and it definitely makes me want to go back there again!
We were on vacation and got a nail in our tire. We got there as soon as they opened and they had us out in less then 30 minutes. Dom was so helpful and the staff was awesome and efficient!
