Manager Joe took fantastic care of me today, and everyone was nice and friendly. It was my first time visiting Meineke Car Care Center in Virginia. My free vehicle inspection was very thorough and detailed: they added photos of my cabin and engine air filters and fluids/oil and what the normal fluids/oil color would look like for comparison. The prices are reasonable. I like that there is a walk-in and a free loan vehicle option if the repairs would take a while. I had a great experience and will definitely be back the next time I need help with my vehicle. Thank you.
Good customer service. And if they need to keep your vehicle, they have a loaner vehicle they will loan you which makes getting to work and doing life more convenient when or if your vehicle is in the shop
I use to go to this when it was ntb now it's Meineke and my experience was great on point and very class act and great experience with Travis getting me in and out very knowledgeable Travis was and also great customer service and honest and bless to have found a reputable and great place these days especially knowing when someone isn't doin you wrong thank you Travis and others there also very friendly and staff seem very polite and also got the job done thank you again Travis for taking care things and also being a class act God bless and greatful !
GO HERE FOR STATE INSPECTION! This was my first time doing it, and I had so many people telling me about terrible experiences with places that add BS charges for things that they swore wasn’t as bad as the place made it seem… Or that they were told to come in at a certain time and had to wait like it was a doctors office until someone finally got to them I was referred here by a mechanic at discount tire and I’m so glad I was. The people working the front answered the phone every time I called and knew their exact schedule. I was able to drop My Car off right when they open at 7:30 AM so I could pick it up later that evening and they had it ready way ahead of schedule by noon. They gave me a list of everything I needed to get fixed, and gave me 15 days to get a reinspection done where they would only have to check for the things that failed… I got everything fixed and came back, and I was in and out. Much appreciated to the boys at the front who handled the scheduling
