Manager Joe took fantastic care of me today, and everyone was nice and friendly. It was my first time visiting Meineke Car Care Center in Virginia. My free vehicle inspection was very thorough and detailed: they added photos of my cabin and engine air filters and fluids/oil and what the normal fluids/oil color would look like for comparison. The prices are reasonable. I like that there is a walk-in and a free loan vehicle option if the repairs would take a while. I had a great experience and will definitely be back the next time I need help with my vehicle. Thank you.

This was my first time doing it, and I had so many people telling me about terrible experiences with places that add BS charges for things that they swore wasn’t as bad as the place made it seem… Or that they were told to come in at a certain time and had to wait like it was a doctors office until someone finally got to them I was referred here by a mechanic at discount tire and I’m so glad I was. The people working the front answered the phone every time I called and knew their exact schedule. I was able to drop My Car off right when they open at 7:30 AM so I could pick it up later that evening and they had it ready way ahead of schedule by noon. They gave me a list of everything I needed to get fixed, and gave me 15 days to get a reinspection done where they would only have to check for the things that failed… I got everything fixed and came back, and I was in and out. Much appreciated to the boys at the front who handled the scheduling
Timothy Milsom,Needed to get my front tire rods replaced, as well as a few light bulbs. Travis kept me updated every step of the way. He also made sure I was well informed on anything else that should be taken care of soon. Every time I've been to this location, Travis has been outstanding, and the technician, that works on Volvos, does a fantastic job! I feel like my old car (2001) is very well taken care of, and they give me excellent pricing, even though Volvos are a pain to work on! I will continue to come back here with my current cars and my future ones.
