⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Meineke and Jose! They took outstanding care of my truck from start to finish. What really set them apart was their communication. Throughout the entire repair process, Jose sent me photos and text updates so I always knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle. There was never any guessing or wondering they kept me informed every step of the way. The repairs were completed professionally, the truck is running great, and it’s obvious they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work. Honest, transparent, and dependable service is hard to find these days, but that’s exactly what I experienced. The guys that work there are excellent and always give us detailed reports on the work done and anything they noticed outside the scope of work. They notified me of an issue I had and I was able to have the rear end leak fixed under warranty with Ford. They have always been accommodating and flexible with our work schedules. Ensuring our vehicles were available at the said times. Thank you for a great service we can trust and depend on!
Joe,This is the only shop I’ll come to. Eddie is very knowledgeable, personable and trustworthy. If they don’t have too much going on, it’s quick also. I’d recommend asking for estimates ($$) or quoted time before you go in if you’re in a “rush”/ have things to do or to confirm pricing. Although, I’ve never had a problem. These guys know what they’re doing and are extremely reliable. I found this place last summer when my car broke down & I needed it towed. I randomly dropped it off at this place after hours, called in the next day (surprise ;) haha) to tell them my car was in their parking lot & needed help figuring the issue out. Which also was a smooth process. Quality people, service, and work. If you’re thinking about switching mechanics/shops, just do yourself a favor and go to Meineke. I wish there was a referral program but either way, Tell them Makena sent you! :-)
Makena Espana,They take every well care of my vehicle. I had a check engine light for a "very slow emissions leak" ..... they told me to buy a new gas cap and cleared the check engine. The check engine light came back in about a week so they found some animal had chew into my gas line. They replace the gas line and they put on my "running boards" for me. They give me estimates on everything they find that needs to be fix or repair...the cost sometimes seems high but what doesn't these days

He gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I was actually recommended to come to them, and ask for Jose specifically, from a body shop down the street that could not help me with my issue. They definitely lived up to high expectations!
