I’m leaving this five star review because the service at this location was exceptional! From start to finish the customer service was excellent. A little bit further away than what is convenient for me, but I would have to say it’s worth the drive for me because of the service I received. I had an issue with my brakes squealing and they found that there was a broken plate inside that was causing it. While they were doing the diagnostic, I was even offered a cup of coffee, which was a highlight for me lol. When I first called to see about scheduling an appointment, the person that I spoke with was Conner. I had to change my appointment a few times. He was very patient, flexible and professional. He also somehow overheard me mentioning that I am a disabled veteran and he volunteered to offer me a veterans discount. I was so impressed by everything about the shop that I will be bringing my other vehicle in to be serviced. This was my first time trying out Meineke for repairs.I asked for the names of the guys that all played a role in taking care of me. I wanted to point them out because of the exceptional job that was done all across the board. Quasim Khan, who I learned is the service manager, Connor, and Ivan the tech. They all did a thorough job with everything. And that’s all that I can ask. Sometimes when you go to a repair shop, you can be just as confused as when you arrived. They were informative and there were no hidden or surprise expenses. They make the experience worthwhile. My Durango is running great after the work was done. No more loud embarrassing squealing as I drive by. LOL!! Thank you so much!!!

I came in for a simple oil change before a weekend trip, and the service itself was done fairly quickly. The staff were polite and explained the oil type options without pushing anything expensive. However, I noticed later that the maintenance light hadn’t been reset properly, so I had to return. They apologized right away and fixed it in a couple of minutes without charging anything extra. The waiting area was a bit crowded that day, but the work on the car seems solid so far. They even did a quick fluid top-up check while I was there. Price was reasonable and scheduling was easy. I’ll likely return. Overall satisfied.

Don't let the bad reviews fool you—Meineke in Dumfries took great care of me! The inspector, Mr. T, was great about showing me exactly what was needed to pass the safety inspection with detailed photo proof. Q gave me a fair, fast estimate, and the repair work was quick and professional. I'll definitely be returning!

Initial visit was for two minor issues: replacing a headlight bulb and a windshield washer clog. Conner handled both items with such good humor and efficiency that I decided to ask him about a strange ticking noise coming from somewhere in the engine compartment. Another shop had told me it was something deep within the engine and would probably require repairs costing many thousands of dollars! Within an hour, Conner called me to report it was the fan making the noise and he could repair it at once. My car runs quiet and smooth now and I have a new home for all its needs! My treatment by Conner was exemplary. Hope all Mienicke sites are as trustworthy and efficient. Back again two weeks later. My beloved 230,000+ mile Chevy Trailblazer had a massive internal hemorrhage. I knew exactly what to do: had the car towed straight to the Route 1 Meineke, trusting Conner and Q and Ivan to heal my baby. After excellent troubleshooting, we agreed that the engine must be replaced. I was given straight, factual information about alternatives, and the integrity of every man was obvious in their conduct and concern to get my car running perfectly again without any extraneous charges. After years of abusive up-selling and overcharging, I have finally found a shop I can trust with any issue. I have complete trust in Conner and his team and will sing their praises to all my friends and neighbors! FIVE STARS ARE NOT NEARLY ENOUGH!!! Back after several months for just an oil change fo6our 20-year-old road warrior. No issues but it really felt good to come into a shop where the integrity and professionalism is real and welcoming!

Dropped car off night before and easy, simple drop off & key drop process. Next am (early) notified w/ solid, fair estimate. Early PM, notified rear brake job was completed. Qasim was super at p/u. Brakes were repaired safely n quickly. SUPER TEAM!!
