I just needed a simple battery replacement on my Pacifica. Two other known auto places said they could not change battery for liability reasons (BS)! I went to Mieneke and the manager, Brandon, said they certainly can help me. Brandon (manager) and his team were helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant! As the van is a handicap vehicle and it was late on a Saturday afternoon, my stress level was high. However, once I pulled into Meineke, and spoke to Brandi, I knew I would be taken care of!
Rick Hart,The crew at store 2300 went above and beyond to understand what I needed. The entire team was courteous and knowledgeable. They gave me a time frame when the work would be completed and met it. The facility was very clean. Meineke is now my go to place for my needs. One huge negative is against corporate and that is adding 3% surcharge for using card payment. You are making plenty on the work performed.

I was suck 2 hours from home; Vac pump (brakes) failed and destroyed the belt +. Had to get a new vac pump, pwr steering pump, and fan clutch...Took nearly 2 days for parts and waiting.... Keith gave me a ride to and from nearby hotel- as the repair was unavailable same day. Auto issues otr really suck, but at least there were good people to deal with during the repair process.
