Brian helped me get my shock replaced as a walk-in on a busy Saturday after a different shop couldn’t find the problem after being in there twice. They were very honest and upfront through the entire process and made me feel comfortable with them repairing my vehicle which I did not have with the other shops. The tech Robinson also went above and beyond with actually driving the vehicle, finding the problem and showing me what he had found. He did everything he could to make me feel at ease and the repairs he done completely fixed my problem. I really appreciate how these guys take care of their customers!

I had called a few places to get quotes prior to finding this place and I just was not trusting anyone I spoke with. Right away even over the phone I felt like I could trust him. Once I was there I felt like he helps put you at ease with fair prices and actual care for the customers. I saw him interact with a lot of other people- even this really intense guy that was giving me anxiety and he gives the same treatment to everyone regardless of how difficult they are. This is definitely a spot I would recommend for anyone with car issues but especially my women that don't feel comfortable with car shops. Chris is a God send! He appeared right when I was losing hope and needed a safe place. If I could give 10 stars I would. I have been back for more services since and it's always a great experience. I have dealt with other shops and I have never felt good about the experience during or after. Here you are treated like a human and not just a dollar sign - that is the best part -the service is the second best! I met one of the techs and even he was nice and attentive and great at explaining what was happening. You can definitely feel when people love their jobs. Thank you CHRIS for the great experience. You will never know how much it was needed and appreciated.
