Nana Love,I've been going here almost 2 years because it's right behind my neighborhood and the prices are great. My last SEVERAL VISITS were horrible! I waited 5 hours for an oil change the last time! My husband did not believe that I really sat there for 5 hours waiting on an oil change. I don't know why I stayed either. The workers always get the inside of my car oily because they're filthy and don't care when they get inside my car and they always forget to refill my window cleaner! I decided to give it one more chance today! I'M SO GLAD THAT I DID! There's a new manager named BRIAN and HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE THAT I WAS TAKEN CARE OF!! Poor guy had to listen to all my complaining as soon as I walked in but he didn't bat an eye and make sure that everything was done correctly this time! I was in shock! BRIAN turned all my negative experiences into a positive! Now I feel confident that my new car is in competent hands and I will definitely be recommending Meineke to anyone who asks! He made sure that my car was fix to get me back on the road with urgency since I wasn’t from the area. They updated me frequently and got my car back up and running relatively quickly for having to replace my spark plug and a few other minor things. I can’t thank them enough for helping me out in a time of need!

They were very honest and upfront through the entire process and made me feel comfortable with them repairing my vehicle which I did not have with the other shops.
