Got an oil change at this location, my first time ever coming into this company. The car Service was good and not too long or expensive. But the customer service at this place is amazing. The guys running everything were super kind and patient and didn’t mind me asking silly questions. I don’t know if I’ve ever gone into a car shop of any kind and felt so welcomed or respected. Highly recommend this location for people that are nervous or uncomfortable in car repair shops. I will 100% be coming back to this location for any future services I need.

I cannot say enough good things about the customer service at this shop! My mom needed her car looked at for an estimate, and the entire team was so relatable, honest, and easy to talk to. Mike was wonderful communicating with my mom over the phone to get everything set up, so it was great to put a face to a name when we came in. Once we arrived, Ron went completely above and beyond. My mom is a long-time nurse, and when Ron heard me breaking things down for her like that, he jumped right in with a medical analogy of his own! Since he has a medical background too, he spoke our language perfectly and explained everything so clearly that she easily understood exactly what was a priority to fix right away versus what could wait. Most importantly, he was incredibly respectful of her budget. He genuinely took her finances into consideration and showed he understands that not everyone has huge amounts of money to spend all at once. I didn't catch the other gentleman's name who helped us as well, but he and everyone else there were incredibly nice, welcoming, and friendly. If you want an honest, compassionate team, definitely go see Ron and Mike! We highly recommend them.

I had a great experience at Meineke Car Care Center. They were extremely helpful with everything I needed fixed on my car. Ron was fantastic at the front desk, taking the time to answer all of my questions and making sure I understood the process. Mike was also incredibly helpful when it came to explaining what was wrong with my car. He clearly went over what needed immediate attention and what repairs could safely wait, which I really appreciated. He was understanding of my financial situation and helped me find a way to pay for the services I needed without feeling pressured. The entire experience was comfortable from start to finish. The waiting area was pleasant, and the staff made sure I felt informed throughout the process. Ron and Mike both provided excellent customer service, and their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend Meineke Car Care Center and will definitely return for future service needs.
