I had to replace my car battery 2 times in 2 days. The first time, the alternator was tested and it passed. The 2nd time, the alternator was tested again at the same auto part place and it failed. Needless to say, I was afraid that the car would die on me or not start anytime. A friend referred me to Mr. Tomer, owner of Meineke Auto on Spring Creek at Independence, in Plano. After thoroughly testing my car from top to bottom, the problem was a bad or worn battery cable! Since it was only a minor issue, he only charged me half price for doing the exhaustive test. It is hard for a single woman to find a reputable auto mechanic because I don't know anything about cars and I depend upon others to help me in these matters. Mr. Tomer and his team did an excellent job of getting my car up and running again without much fanfare. Thanks for all of your help, P. Edge

After a thorough diagnosis, he patiently walked me through the issue and he came up with an additional option that the dealership didn’t to repair our X for almost half the price and gave us a one year warranty on the repair. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything and got it done very quick. I highly recommend him and will be coming back for future service.

I brought the car to Robert for an oil change and told him about the AC issue. His team was able to figure out the issue quickly and got it fixed within three hours at a very reasonable price. Robert kept me posted on all the progress. There was no pressure. No scare tactics. Just honest mechanical works. Highly recommend.
D K,Great service I literally drove from Illinois to Plano Texas to get my Tesla motor rebuilt and some suspension parts replaced Tomar suggested replacing rear control arms to an adjustable set that would correct the alignment issues and my tires would not wear as bad as it used to he was straight forward with the estimate and completed the work as agreed. I wish I could leave him 10 stars extremely happy with the upgrades done to my Tesla would recommend this place to anyone needing any type of work especially on a Tesla. Cars running like new!! Thank you guys
