I came in to the shop for an inspection required for my annual auto registration renewal. Adam was very kind and courteous and took care of me straight away. My inspection passed and I was done in a very short length of time. I am very satisfied with the service.
Adam was awesome! Our Jeep spring a leak and he made sure we received a quick diagnosis. He was extremely friendly, compassionate and helpful with the situation. We will definitely be back!
During the ice days earlier this month - I had tire trouble and was stranded. Meineke on Stonebridge was close to me. so I walked over and spoke with Alex (the owner). Without hesitation he loaded two of his employees, Kris and Hayden into his truck drove over to my truck.. He had all the equipment they needed to force the tire back on the rim with a high pressure compressor and then inflated with air until the bead seal popped back into place. I was good to go in less than 5 minutes! Not to mention they had an awesome heavy duty jack (on wheels) which raised my truck up in less that 30 seconds! I WAS going to have Triple A come remove the tire and put on a spare and then I would have taken it to Firestone to see if a needed a new tire but Alex knew exactly what to do with my tire saving me time and money. I will definitely be going to Meineke in Stonebridge for all my car needs going forward. Thanks again guys!
