I was having ongoing issues with my AC/heat. It was honestly frustrating, especially being on the road so much. Alex took the time to actually listen, check everything thoroughly, and figure out what was going on instead of brushing it off or making it complicated. Turns out it was something simple, but what really mattered was how he handled it. He was patient, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me get back on the road comfortably.
