Meineke (Little Elm) had replaced my car battery last year, I didn’t have the best experience then since the outlets weren’t connected properly, and I had to visit another Meineke location to get it fixed urgently. However, a few days ago, while my car was in the body shop, I was informed of a bulge in the battery and the check engine light was also flashing. I went to Meineke (Little Elm), they took my car in, replaced the battery for free (it was within warranty) and addressed the check engine light. Shiloh was very kind and helpful, thank you 😊.
