Rude, disrespectful men that talk under your clothes work here. If I could give A billion zero stars, then I would. I brought my car there to get a heater hose replaced along with a few other things because it dry rotted and started leaking out coolant, making the car run hot. Upon them "inspecting" the car, the service advisor Desmond Greer, blantanly tried to overcharge me by $800 for parts and labor when he sent me a service quote almist $2000. I spoke up about this and he tried pretend like it was a typo. Not to mention, i asked if I could purchase my own parts but I was declined. The invoice ended up being $1267.00 which still was too high but i digress. Upon picking up my car and paying all fees, i literally drove 5 mins up the street all for my car to literally still be leaking out coolant and running hot. I immediately bring it back, obviously pissed. Desmond Greer showed no concern and told me that he would get to me. Because of his lack of concern i go outside to find the mechanic, who by the way, is the one who talks under your clothes. I find him but before i could speak, Desmond Greer rushes out of the office telling me that i need to go sit back in the lobby and not talk to his mechanics. I refused, and was told that that was the only choice that I had or i could leave. Now im livid. As we are going back and forth, Desmond Greer continues to call me BITCHES and HOES in front of my children SEVERAL TIMES, telling me that he's not looking at shit and I can leave. After police were called, and i was told that I would receive doumentation to file a civil complaint, I wad then told that I had to leave and that if I came back that I would be trespassing. Mind you, they have my money and my car is still not fixed. I had to drive off and park somewhere randomly because THE CAR IS RUNNING HOT. As Im sitting trying to calm down, i let the car cool off and lift the hood only to see that a completely different hose ( Coolant overflow hose) is now completely loose and spitting out all of my coolant. Mind you, this was not where the issue was at first. It was the HEATER HOSE. With tbis being said. Do not ever go here, the mechanic CRAIG is a pervert. There is no professionalism what so ever. From the moment I walked through the door he made sexual advances toward me. Its funny how when a woman has to stand firm against disgusting people like this , we end up getting the bad end of the stick. Oh but I will have the last laugh.
