Really appreciate the service that was provided at the Hurst Meineke. Thought they did a good job of getting my vehicle in first thing at my appointed time for diagnostic and repair. Big thanks to Mr. Virgil at the front desk for helping me throughout the entire process of my vehicle; from earlier in the month when I spoke over the phone with him and was able to make an appointment, to making sure once my appointment day came I had a sufficient way of getting to and from home during the waiting period, to also keeping in touch with me letting me know the diagnosis of my car as well as the options I had to move forward with repair. Thanks to all of the mechanics and also the store owner for making sure my car was properly serviced.

I have a 2014 Chevy Impala and it had been some time since my car has received some proper maintenance and care. Saying all that to say that my car needed some work. I came across this particular Meineke by chance (reviewing the ratings and such) and I am glad I did. The Manager Virgil is a great guy. He is professional, fair and accommodating. He doesn't use scare tactics like other shops do to try and pressure you into spending more money than you have. He does educate you on what your car needs and what you can hold off for a bit. Ultimately he gives you enough information to make an informed decision that you can live with. He will work with you so that you can take care of the important things your car needs to keep it on the road. I didn't really get a chance to meet the guys that work in the shop but based on how much better my car runs now, compared to before I brought it in. They are some AWESOME guys because my car is running like it did the day I bought it in 2015, with only 6000 miles on her. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND bringing your vehicle here because they will get you right in a timely manner.

My first visit to Meineke Car Care Center turned out to be a lifesaver — literally! On one of the hottest days of the year, with temperatures hitting 93 degrees, my AC decided to call it quits and start blowing nothing but hot air. Not exactly ideal timing! I called ahead to ask about service, and from the moment I pulled into the lot, Virgil was there to greet me. He immediately put me at ease by walking me through the entire process clearly and professionally, and provided a thorough, transparent estimate before any work began — no surprises, no pressure. Just two hours later, my car was fully repaired and blowing cold air again. I couldn’t have asked for a faster turnaround, especially for a same-day visit on such short notice. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service from start to finish. Virgil’s knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely effortless. This is exactly the kind of service that builds loyalty. I will absolutely be returning for future car care needs and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, efficient, and friendly auto service. This is where I always have my oil changed And inspections done. The guys are very respectful and I always talk to Virgil who’s always so sweet and patient and explaining to me anything that needs to be done to my car.

Car front end made a bad knocking noise out of nowhere. Dropped it off and it wound up being a quick easy fix, and minimal cost. They could have told me it was much worse, but they didn’t. They are always nothing but honest and professional every time I visit. They are also clean, courteous, and friendly. They always give you a full inspection and suggest to correct any issues they find, but they never try to hard sell you. You choose to have them do any or none. The service manager, Virgil, is always very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone.
