I really appreciated his openness and honesty with the 23-point inspection he completed and provided an in person guided tour to ensure my truck received the care it deserved. He also offered suggestions or FYIs for any future visit based off the concerns I shared with him at check in. I appreciate that young man going the extra mile for his female customers.
