I had a problem with my catalytic converter. I brought my car back several times. Because I don't drive my car often when the check engine light would come on after a few months I would get upset and bring the car back. Four times I brought it back. They would try different things to fix it. This visit I was not leaving until it was fixed. Christian and the manager looked at my car and determined my car was built with California emissions which is lower than Texas. They were able to finally fix the problem. They also told me to drive the car at least 100 miles which would reset it. They didn't just give me a quick fix to try to get me out of there. I was impressed with the professionalism and their determination to get to the root of the problem. I was only there a few hours and most of that was ordering and getting the part. With all the cars coming in phone ringing and customer attitudes they remained professional and polite.

The tech at the s post oak location in Houston Texas is very knowledgeable about motors and vehicle maintenance. Spoke directly with him and this is not the first time he has serviced my car. Hope he is there forever.
