If you need anything done to your car... DAN is the MAN! The owner is also super sweet and nice! I took my ford in needing work done, Dan took the time to explain all my options as well as what was wrong . He made sure I not only understood what was wrong, he also helped me decide what was best for my vehicle (it is a 2010 so older vehicle). I never felt pressured to go with this shop or pressured to do the more expensive fix (a whole new transmission). Dan and this company are good honnest people, who genuinely care about their customers AND what they drive. Its a nice feeling being able to trust a business with your vehicle and know they are in your corner and to HELP, not to take advantage of a stressful situation! We will be returning customers!

I talked with Dan about my car check engine lights, very Professional, very Knowledgeable and explained the issues thoroughly so I could comprehend my cars malfunctions. They cleaned up ignition coil and spark plugs he was very proficient and honest about physically checking the car parts and getting to find the problem. He had options and repairs done within the next day. Along with fixing the A/C and getting it back in cooling function! I highly recommend friends and family these people here really care about getting you back on the road safely and not just charging you for parts and labor like 3 other places I had been to in the last month. I'm glad I came here and saved some time and money with Meineke in Conroe at 215 N. Frazier!!

Took my car to Midas to get a oil change and they never tightened up the bolts to my oil pan or other undercarriage things that need to be tightened after an oil change. From their negligence my oil ran out of my car. Thank God my engine didn't lockup. I bought it to meineke just in time where he took care of me and made sure everything was tightened and gave me another oil change. I will be bringing my vehicle back there because at the end of day it's about trust and I thought I can trust my vehicle with Midas but I was wrong meineke is my new friend.

Dan takes customer service to the next level and on top of that his knowledge of mechanics is top notch. Finally found a shop I could trust in Conroe I almost felt like every shop I’ve been has been replacing parts as a guess, but Dan made sure to fix the issue before charging. 10/10 Dan the man
